Instructions for Abstract Preparation
Please specify clearly whether the abstract is for:
- Free Paper Presentation
- Poster Presentation
How to Submit
- Language: English
- Font: Times New Roman, Font Size 12
- Word Limit: 250 words (excluding title, author names, and institutions)
- Title Limit: Maximum 75 characters
Structure of the Abstract
- Title: Must be in CAPITAL LETTERS (scientific names in italics, upper & lower case)
- Objectives: Clearly state the main objective of the study
- Materials and Methods: Brief description of study design and methodology
- Results: Key findings with appropriate statistics
- Conclusion: Conclusions supported directly by results
Please Note
- The presenter must be a KNA Life Member to submit and present an abstract.
- Only electronic submissions will be accepted.
- Supporting documents will not be accepted via email.
- Deadline: 31st May 2026. No extensions will be granted.
- Selected presenters will be recognized at the conference. No financial support will be provided.
- Once submitted, abstracts cannot be edited.
- Previously published abstracts are not acceptable.
- Remove all special formatting before pasting text into the submission form.
- All abstracts will undergo peer review.
- The Scientific Committee reserves full rights for selection or cancellation.
Acceptance & Notification
The presenting author will be notified of the abstract status via email.
Authors selected for Free Paper or Poster Presentation will be informed by
10th June 2026.
All accepted authors must confirm participation within the stipulated timeline.
